Scope of Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures that occur under normal operating conditions. It does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or overheating of the hammer. Please be advised that wearable components are not included in this coverage. These items include, but are not limited to:

Bracket bolts
Working tools (e.g., points, chisels)
Bushings and seals
Grease fittings and hoses
Main hydraulic hoses

All warranty services must be conducted at the Peterson Attachments facility located in Charlton, Massachusetts. Customers are responsible for bringing the unit to our service location for all warranty-related work.
